Industrial 3D printing

We’ve chosen Markforged Continuous Fiber Reinforcement (CFR) & Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) to deliver state-of-the-art industrial 3D printing solutions. This enables us to produce precision components using carbon fibre, high strength high temperature fibreglass or kevlar reinforced nylon.  

In 2020 we started making carbon fibre reinforced nylon components for a range of applications from brake and clutch levers to ducting, pipework junctions and brackets.

These components are lightweight and very strong. We have found numerous applications where we have been able to substitute aluminium and steel for carbon fibre reinforced nylon.  This has enabled us to help some our customers gain an advantage on the racetrack. 

Furthermore, in some instances we have been able to design and manufacture end use carbon fibre reinforced components within 24 hours of confirming the brief. Check out some examples below.
