We travelled to Lake Gairdner in South Australia for DLRA Speed Week 2021. We were up against it but we stayed positive and determined, gearing up for what I hoped would be a big milestone for me and for Elliott Motorcycles, having built a bike capable of reaching 200 mph (321 km/h).

James completed his first ever lap on a racing circuit in 2023 having signed up for MotoSchool at Sydney Motorsport Park. It only took one night to get hooked. He’ll be back this year to work on his track skills and speed.

This year’s World Speed Trials at Lake Gairdner had to be postponed as they were unable to guarantee medical and emergency services presence with COVID-19 cases starting to emerge in Australia.
